本品为海洋绿藻类植物加工而成，具有极高的饲用价值，含有陆生植物不可比拟的碘，钾，钙，锰，铁锌等矿物元素，丰富的维生素，藻胶酸及甘露醇等。本品具有促进动物机体造血，增强机体自身免疫力和护菌功能。在鱼虾饲料中加入海带粉做添加剂，对鱼虾的生长和病害防除有很好的效果。由于它含有褐藻胶具有粘合作用，用它做饲料（颗粒饲料或粉料）与水作用，在饲料表面会自然产生一种粘膜，可增强饲料的凝结作用，从而提高饲料的利用率，降低养殖成本，一般添加量每吨50公斤。同样由于它和白鱼粉一样与a淀粉生产配合饲料，具有同样良好的配合作用，因此可用它生产虾，鳗鱼（甲鱼）饲料。实验表明在粘弹性一样的情况下，每吨饲料添加30公斤~50公斤海带粉，可少添加15公斤~25公斤。Kelp powder is produced from sea green kelp plant and is of great feed value. Thus, the feed utilization ratio could be improved and feed cost could be cut down. The average adding amount is 50 kg per ton of feed. At the same time, because it can be used to produce mixed feed with a-starch, just like white fish powder. And has the same geed cooperative function, it can be used to produce feed for shrimp and eel(soft-shelled turtle). Experiment shows that to produce the same stickiness, if each ton of the feed is added with 30-50 kg kelppowder, the amount of a-starch can be reduced 15-25 kg.
